Main research directions
- Development and use of haploid technologies for cereals: soft winter wheat, durum winter wheat, rice, maize, barley, oats and rye.
- Research on in vitro selection of cereals (wheat, barley, rice) based on the wide use of joint in vitro cultures (explant — pathogen) to evaluate and improve the efficiency of selecting resistant forms.
- Embryo rescue technology in wide hybridisation of cereals.
- Microclonal propagation of plants of various species.
